IMPORTANT RETAINER TERMS:

Please note that all packages above are pre-pay only as either a once off payment (hourly package) or monthly payment (annual package) and exclude VAT @ 23%. 

The customer will have full online access to a statement of hours used on the agreed retainer. The customer must ensure that they maximise their annual retainer hours each month as refunds for unused time cannot be issued during the contract. Any time spent on projects which exceeds the agreed retainer hours will be billed as per the standard hourly rate, the customer will be notified of any excess time prior to invoicing.

Annual retainer hours are automatically invoiced at the beginning of each month. At the beginning of the contract the customer will receive an invoice to include the first two months of the retainer which must be paid in full prior to commencement of the retainer. Subsequent invoices will be sent automatically at the beginning of each month and must be paid within 30 days as per our strict late payment terms.

All retainer hours apply only to design/development work by Fairways Design and DO NOT include any additional items that may be required for your projects such as stock imagery, themes, plugins, printing, third party costs, materials etc. Any additional items, if required, will be quoted and invoiced separately to your retainer package.
